Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 Hours, Monday – Friday 11am-6pm MST (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 11 AM MST Monday - Friday will begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after 11 AM MST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed after 11 AM MST on Friday will begin processing the following business day, Monday. 

All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

If a merchandise is out of stock (back-ordered), then you will be notified via Email with three (3) options:

  1. Replace the back-ordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
  2. Receive a refund on the back-ordered merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
  3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $130 before tax for domestic orders.

Local Pick Up
We currently offer Local Pick Up within Edmonton at Bella360 Beauty Supply & Salon. If you would like to pick up merchandise within Edmonton, please select Store Pick-up (Edmonton only) at checkout or send us a message by filling out our contact form. We will be more than happy to place items on hold for you. Payment can be made at checkout as well.

International Shipping
We ship to the US and internationally. 

Calculating Costs
We do not profit from shipping. If you choose Priority shipping, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as charged by Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the items you are purchasing.

Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped out to an incorrect address, or is sent back to us due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping fees (e.g. if you received Free Shipping, but your order was returned to us, and you do not wish to pay for shipping again, we will refund you for your order, minus the shipping cost).
