Ensure you have subscribed either through the Sign and Save pop-up or Sign and Save in the footer of the page.

  • Check your email, including spam folder for a welcome email.
  • Click on the email to place your order - the discount will be automatically applied. No actual discount code is provided.

Note: The welcome email associated with the discount will not come through if/when sign-up is completed at checkout.

If your item was shipped by Canada Post, please check your community mail box for your package.

If shipped by other courier services, please check via the tracking link for the exact location of your package. If you don't find your package after the above, please follow the following steps;

  • Step 1: Contact the Courier services to let them know
  • Step 2: Set up a ticket for the issue
  • Step 3: Contact us via email and provide details.

Alternatively, standard and expedited shipping options are available for orders less than $130.



Yes, we offer Store Pick-up at our Edmonton stores.

  • Select "Store Pick-up" at checkout for this option.
  • You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
